RegistrationRegistration is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis beginning on January 15th. There are no refunds, but you may transfer your registration to someone else. Should it become necessary to cancel your registration, please notify Dee Ann at 432 683 4725 to let her know who will be taking your place, or so that someone on the Waiting List can attend. The registration fee is $160 and includes all meals, lodging, bed linens and towels. If you tend to be cold, bring an extra blanket. A deposit of $80 should accompany your registration, with the remaining $80 due upon arrival. The Leadership Lodge is $25 additional fee, payable on arrival. Please be prepared to pay an additional sales tax and hotel occupancy tax of $7.50 if staying in the Lodge, or $6.50 if staying in a dormitory or pavilion. Check-in is at 2:00 P.M.
